Taken on the 4th April, 1990 this fairly rare coloured Aurora Borealis ray from nitrogen gases and some moonlight was taken at Harestone, near Crathes Castle on Royal Deeside west of Aberdeen over an old hayrake looking towards the Hill of Fare
