Violet (Viola odorata) and woodland Primrose (Primula Vulgaris), Brampton wood, at 327 acres the second largest wood in Cambridgeshire. The first records are in the Doomesday Book of 1086 AD. In 1954 it was declared a site of Special Scientific Interest
