ENGLAND: LONDON. Tower Hamlets, East London. The Bandstand in Arnold Circus, the centre of the Boundary Estate, built between 1890 and 1900, one of the first slum clearance projects undertaken by the LCC. The bandstand is built on the rubble from the old slums.
