Carved eagle misericord in the Durham Light Infantry Chapel, Durham Cathedral. Believed to be the only surviving misericord from the 13C choir stalls. The others were burned for heat when Scottish prisoners of war were kept in the Cathedral during Cromwell’s Commonwealth.
