This eccentric bridge, across the River South Esk, at Montrose, Angus, was built in concrete by Sir Evan Owen Williams in 1930. Unfortunately it had to be dismantled in 2004 to be replaced by a more practical, but less eccentric, crossing (Photo 1984)
